Save room in your kitchen with the Smart Lid. Fits cookware 9"-11", eliminating the need for multiple lids and splatter guards. Automatic pressure release valve can be adjusted from "auto" for frying to "off" for steaming.

• Set valve to "auto" when frying for browning and crispy results.
• Automatic pressure valve can be turned to "off" for steaming vegetables.
• Warning: Recommended for electric or induction stoves. If used on a gas stove, make sure that the flame does not come up the side of the pan, because the burner flame may cause damage to the silicone rim.
